How We Started
Success Academy & Childcare was founded with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves more than just supervision. Our founder, a former early childhood educator, saw firsthand how the right environment — one built on trust, consistency, and genuine care — could transform a child's trajectory. What began as a small family childcare home in north Houston has grown into a full-service early education center serving hundreds of families across the community. Through every stage of growth, our founding values have never changed: children first, always.

Dr. Angela Moore
Executive Director
Dr. Moore holds a doctorate in Early Childhood Education from the University of Houston and has spent over 20 years in the field. She founded Success Academy with a vision of creating a center where every child is celebrated for who they are. Her warmth, expertise, and dedication set the tone for everything we do.
Ms. Patricia Okafor
Curriculum Director
Patricia brings 15 years of classroom and curriculum design experience to Success Academy. She holds a Master's in Child Development and is passionate about play-based learning that builds real skills. She leads our teacher training program and ensures our curriculum stays current, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.
Mr. David Reyes
Director of Operations
David oversees the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring everything runs smoothly so our educators can focus entirely on the children. With a background in nonprofit management and a passion for community service, David is the backbone of our administrative team.

Secure, Keypad-Access Entry
All entrances are secured with keypad access and monitored by security cameras. Only authorized adults may pick up children.
Age-Separated Classrooms
Each age group has its own dedicated classroom, designed with age-appropriate furniture, materials, and learning stations.
Outdoor Play Areas
Our fenced outdoor play areas feature age-appropriate equipment, shaded seating, and soft-surface flooring for safe, active play.
Commercial Kitchen
We prepare fresh, nutritious meals and snacks on-site daily, following USDA food program guidelines and accommodating dietary needs.
Nap & Rest Rooms
Dedicated, quiet rest spaces with individual cots and linens ensure children get the restorative sleep they need during the day.
Licensed & Inspected
We are fully licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and maintain an excellent inspection record.
